Who We Are
Capt. Scott Patey (USCG 25T Master) and his competitive team of family (Ethan and Tyler Patey) and friends fish from the Maryland/Virginia Eastern Shore in the central Chesapeake Bay chasing Red Drum, Cobia, Striped Bass (Rockfish), and Speckled Trout.

Currently running a Steigercraft 23T CC, we fish up and down the Chesapeake Bay throughout the year for fun but also compete and generate money and awareness towards the beneficiaries and sponsors of as many tournaments as we can.

SMITH ISLAND FISHING TOURNAMENT
The Smith Island Fishing Tournament, founded in 2022, celebrates the culture of this iconic Chesapeake Bay community. Proceeds benefit the Smith Island Cultural Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving its people, culture, and natural beauty.
